Your Guides on the Journey to Truly Agile Marketing
My pride and my passion is acting as the President and Lead Trainer for AgileSherpas, a training and consulting company whose mission is to shepherd marketing teams through the valley of volatility and onto the highest summit of marketing Agility.
We offer tons of free educational resources via AgileSherpas.com, as well as an online course to introduce you to the core concepts of Agile marketing. When you’re ready to keep climbing, there are multiple in-person workshops available.
These courses are available as private on-site workshops as well. Feel free to contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) to learn more about that option.
Finally, for teams and organizations that want a guided implementation of Agile marketing, we offer multi-day Agile implementations. During these interactive trainings we help you choose the right methodology, build your first backlog, visualize a workflow, design Agile teams, and walk through ceremonies. By the end, you’ll be completely equipped to walk the Agile path.
And any time you need some advice from an expert guide, an Agile Sherpa can join you via phone or in person for coaching and consulting at an hourly rate.
AgileSherpas are not theorists. We live in the trenches, constantly learning about the intersections of marketing an agility so we can forge new paths for extraordinary marketing teams.
Please visit AgileSherpas.com to join us on this journey!

I’ve seen first hand the power and promise of agile marketing, and I’m on a mission to share that potential with other marketers. Whether it’s the theoretical underpinnings of agility or a from-the-trenches implementation primer, I can cover agile marketing at whatever level suits the audience. I’m adept at longer, hands-on workshops as well as shorter breakout sessions running 30-45 minutes.
Whatever the subject matter, my talks empower marketers to get their hands dirty, start adopting an Agile mindset, and make the switch to an Agile approach before it’s too late.
